RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
What’s your return policy?
Unfortunately, we don't offer returns. The reason for this is because every product is printed by our print-on-demand (fulfillment) company shortly after an order is placed. Since we don't keep any inventory in a warehouse, a returned product would never get the chance to be shipped out to another customer.
What happens if I receive an item that's wrong, misprinted, damaged or defective?
While this rarely happens, we will absolutely make it right if you receive an item that's wrong, misprinted, damaged or defective. Simply contact us at info@myglobalforce.com with the order number and photos of the wrong, misprinted, damaged or defective item within seven (7) days of receiving your order. Please indicate if you'd like us to ship you a new item or if you'd prefer a refund instead. Upon receipt of the photos, we'll either process your refund or contact our print-on-demand (fulfillment) company to start the process of getting your item reprinted and shipped out to you as quickly as possible.
Do you offer refunds?

Can I exchange an item for a different style or product?
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. The reason for this is because every product is printed by our print-on-demand (fulfillment) company shortly after an order is placed. Since we don't keep any inventory in a warehouse, an exchange would mean producing an entirely new product while the exchanged item would never get the chance to be shipped to another customer.
